matters. Developed and implemented a structural
reorganization to enhance efficiency and reduce
operating costs for this high volume trial practice.
Developed and implemented a trial advocacy training
program that enabled entry level attorneys to successfully
prepare and try aignificant bodily injury cases
to verdict. |
